Delivery and Returns

Postage and packing for the UK is a flat rate of £6 for first class postage. If you are just ordering a greetings card or other smaller item on its own they are FREE in the UK

Please allow 1 - 2 working days for you order to be despatched.  

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier.   

LAST DATES FOR CHRISTMAS 2020 - This year because of the demand on our amazing postal services to ensure you get your item before Christmas the last date for UK delivery is Tuesday 15th December 2020. If you live locally to Watchet then we are still able to hand deliver. Sorry to our overseas friends but the time to order from us for Christmas has now passed. 

International postage - please contact us directly about the item you would like to purchase so we can get you a tailoured postage quote.. some of the rugs are very heavey! 

You will be notified which delivery service your order is sent by on your despatch confirmation email. 

Delivery in the UK normally takes up to 5 working days from despatch of your order.  

Where possible we try to use recyclable and sustainable packaging to send out goods. This may mean your parcel arrives in a previsouly used parcel bag or box.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

All customers have the right to cancel their order and your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To cancel within this time, please tell us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective we will refund you the cost of returning the goods).

We would advise that you use a reputable delivery service to return your goods.  Evidence of delivery / proof of postage must be obtained when returning goods.

All goods must be returned in their original condition.  Returned goods must be packaged with sufficient care to ensure that damage does not occur during transit.  We will not be held responsible for damage to returned goods caused by insufficient packaging.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.

We are sorry but you can't cancel your order if it is being made especially for you, a personalised order or if the goods are damaged so that they are not suitable for resale. 

We have right to decline or cancel any order prior to delivery.  We try not to do that but as our goods are unique pieces we may not have the exact one in stock. We will always refund all amounts to you and offer alternative options for you to choose from.
